Questions

Is there a free trial?

No, but the calculator is free for as long as you like, so you can try it properly before you pay.

How do I cancel?

On your account page, choose Manage billing, then Cancel plan. Pro keeps working until the end of the month or year you've paid for.

What happens to my deals if I stop paying?

Nothing is deleted. You can still open and change every deal; you just can't save new ones past 3 until you go Pro again.

Can I switch between monthly and yearly?

Yes, under Manage billing on your account page. Yearly starts straight away, with the unused part of your month taken off the price. Monthly starts when the year you've paid for ends.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, in full, if you change your mind within 14 days of first buying Pro: email support@nestinsights.com. After that, cancelling stops the next payment and Pro stays on until the end of the month or year you've paid for.

How do I pay?

By card, through Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Pro is sold to customers in the UK only.
